These are the policies governing covering online ordering from Christopher Brosius Limited. We strongly suggest you read them carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact info@cbihateperfume.com and we will be happy to help you.

Please note that Christopher Brosius Limited offers certain perfumes and goods for sale on this website as a courtesy to those valued clients and customers who do not have easy access to the gallery. It is our policy to deal agreeably and fairly with all clients and customers. By submitting your order, you are implicitly agreeing to the terms and conditions of Christopher Brosius Limited.

Christopher Brosius Limited does however reserve the right to cancel orders for any reason.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed, packed and shipped as quickly as possible during regular gallery hours Tuesday through Friday. All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Orders can sometimes be expedited by special request although additional handling or shipping charges may apply. You can request order expedition at the time of placement by emailing info@cbihateperfume.com.

Ready to wear perfumes are generally shipped as immediately as possible during regular shipping times. However at certain times of the year due to order volume, there may be a slight delay.

Please note that all CB Individual Accords are made to order. This may add an additional 24 hours to the time it takes to process your order.

Seasonal LTD Edition perfumes or those perfumes exclusive to the gallery can sometimes be ordered by special request. Please contact the gallery for information on ordering.

Should a perfume you order be unavailable due to material shortage or your order be delayed for any other reason you will be notified immediately by Christopher Brosius Limited. You will have the option to cancel your order or wait until the perfume can be shipped to you.

Christopher Brosius Limited accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard. Please note that your card will not be charged until your order is complete and ready to ship. Should there be a problem with the card number you provide, you will be contacted via email.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING & HANDLING

Christopher Brosius Limited ships all orders via UPS unless otherwise requested. Should you request alternate shipping methods additional handling charges may apply.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight and merchandise dollar value of the complete order. All shipments are insured with UPS and this cost is reflected in the final shipping charges. In some cases, additional handling fees may apply.

All domestic orders sent within the United States are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS Second and Third Day delivery service is also available at additional cost.

Please note that UPS will NOT deliver packages to Post Office Boxes. You must provide an address to which UPS can deliver. Christopher Brosius Limited is not responsible for misdirected packages. Should your package be returned to us, you will be notified and additional shipping may be required to resend it.

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Please note however that UPS picks up from the gallery once a day Tuesday through Friday. Orders received before noon, will generally go out the same day. Orders received after noon generally ship the following day. Orders received after 12 PM on Friday however may not ship until the following Tuesday.

Should you need your perfumes by a special date, please contact Christopher Brosius Limited in order to confirm that timely delivery is possible.

Please note that delivery transit times are entirely dependent upon UPS. Should there be an unreasonable delay in receiving your package, please contact Christopher Brosius Limited for tracking information.

A Packing and Handling fee of $2.50 is added to every order that is placed online.

FOREIGN ORDERS

Customers living in Canada can now order through the website. All orders placed with CB I Hate Perfume for delivery in Canada will be shipped “UPS WORLDWIDE EXPEDIATED” please ensure that this is selected when completing the order in the shopping cart. The rates calculated by the system are the published UPS rates. Once your package arrives in Canada you MAY BE responsible for additional taxes (VAT). CB I Hate Perfume is in no way responsible for these charges and if any product is returned to CB I Hate Perfume by customs, for what ever reason, a 50% restocking fee plus any and all shipping charges will be deducted prior to any refund. All other standard terms and conditions will still apply.

All other foreign orders are only shipped by special arrangement directly with the gallery. Should you live outside the United States and wish to place an order, please contact the gallery by phone at 718.384.6890 or email info@cbihateperfume.com. Please note that shipping costs on foreign orders are calculated as per our domestic shipping guidelines listed above but such rates DO NOT include any import duties, customs, local sales tax (VAT) or brokerage fees that may be incurred. And please note that foreign orders may take longer to process in order to prepare the necessary customs and transport documentation.

DAMAGES & RETURNS

Christopher Brosius Limited does not accept returns on any perfumes or accords for reasons other than damage in shipment. If you are unfamiliar with a CB perfume, it is strongly recommended that you first purchase a 2 ML size before buying a full bottle. In the rare and unlikely event of an allergic reaction, please contact the perfumer at info@cbihateperfume.com immediately.

All damages due to shipment must be reported by email within seven (7) days of delivery. Replacements will be sent as soon as possible for goods damaged or lost in shipment.

We are very careful about all our orders but occasionally mistakes can happen. Should you happen to receive goods in error, please report the mistake immediately to Christopher Brosius Limited. Please seal the incorrect product in the original shipping carton and a UPS return authorization will be issued. The correct scent or product will be immediately shipped to you at no extra shipping cost.

FREEZING

Please note that Christopher Brosius Limited does not use alcohol in the base of any perfumes or products. Therefore CB Water Perfumes may freeze in temperatures below 32 degrees. We strongly recommend UPS 3 Day Select shipping if your package is traveling to or through parts of the country subject to extreme low temperatures. Should you choose regular UPS ground shipping and your Water perfume freeze in transit, Christopher Brosius Limited cannot be responsible for the damage.

PRIVACY

The privacy of all our clients and customers is extremely important. No personal or contact information is willingly shared by Christopher Brosius Limited with any outside party for any reason.
